Step 1: Prepare the substrate by removing all loose particles, dust, oil, grease, and other contaminants.
Step 2: Add the specified quantity of clean water to a clean bucket. Gradually add the adhesive and mix with an electric spiral mixer until a smooth, lump-free consistency is achieved.
Step 3: Apply the adhesive evenly to the substrate using a suitable notched trowel.
Step 4: Back-butter larger tiles where required by the product datasheet and site conditions.
Step 5: Apply sufficient adhesive to achieve full contact with the back of the tile. Press the tile firmly into position using a rubber float or suitable beating block.
Step 6: Check that no air pockets or voids remain beneath the tile.
Caution
Contains Portland cement and polymers. Avoid contact with the eyes. Store bags in a dry area away from direct sunlight, and do not lift or carry them with hooks.

Klassic adhesives bond to cement and cement-lime plaster, cement screeds, cement ground coats and concrete. For tile-on-tile work with K175, K200 or K300, the existing tiles must be firmly bonded and thoroughly cleaned.
Comb the adhesive evenly across the substrate with a notched trowel. The published coverage of 25 to 30 ft² per 20 kg bag assumes a 6 × 6 mm notch. Bed thickness is 4 to 8 mm on walls and 3 to 6 mm on floors for K100, K175 and K200, and 3 to 12 mm on walls and floors for K300 and K400.
Back-butter larger tiles where the product datasheet and site conditions call for it. Spreading a thin layer of adhesive on the back of the tile, in addition to the combed bed, ensures full contact and eliminates voids. This matters most for low-porosity vitrified tiles and large formats.
Pot life is about one hour from mixing: 1 hour ± 15 minutes for K100 and 1 hour ± 30 minutes for the other grades. Open time after combing is 30 ± 5 minutes, and tiles remain adjustable for 15 ± 5 minutes after bedding. Allow at least 24 hours before foot traffic.
